Anulika's Bridal Shower

This bridal shower came with a lot of surprises.

Firstly, I was caught unawares on the fact that it was a rented a space with no kitchen, implying I had to create my own kitchen.

It was s a bridal shower for 30 and I had to serve canapés, starters, main course and dessert.

The canapés were placed on a platter along side juice in champagne glasses because everyone was non-alcoholic.

I served meat ball sliders, spring rolls, prawn tacos and chicken lollipop as canapés.

The appetizers were served after everyone had mingled, finished the canapés and welcomed the bride. Another meal on the menu for the evening was a platter of African sushi and my special crispy egg wit my special green goddess sauce.

Everyone enjoyed their and wished the food would not stop coming!
